This is the first time Watson will be shown as a woman on Television. Not sure if they are going for a sensual relationship between the two or they will keep true to the original relationship between Watson ans Holmes. The show will revolve around modern day New York with Holmes and Watson taking on cases from the New York Police Department.

On the other hand The Testament Sherlock Holmes will revolve around a replicated London set in the year 1898. This is after The Sign of the Four novel and the short story A Scandal in Bohemia in 1891. Also the game is a follow up to the Sherlock Holmes Versus Jack the Ripper video game that was released in 2009.  You will take on the role of a Sherlock Holmes who is accused of criminal acts, forcing a darker side of Holmes to reveal itself. On occasion you will use Dr. Watson to find where Holmes has hidden himself from the public, which means the game offers two different playable characters. The game does look visually more pleasing than its predecessor so a plus one there for Frogwares, the developers of the game. The game is available for the price of $39.99, which is considerably cheaper than the usual $59.99 for a newly released game.

Are you ready to take on the role of Sherlock Holmes? Go forth and test your detective skills.
